I teach a variety of classes including; Barre, yoga and spin. I focus on mental health development and body positivity in my classes.

Family Resiliency Center of the Permian Basin — Yoga Instructor

Worked to teach both online and in person yoga classes during and after Covid. The community I worked in was recovering from a mass shooting. I taught trauma-aware yoga classes.
